01.01.2022 Monday Musings - Mindfulness Is it just me or is there a shift in the air? I am personally feeling a sense of gratitude for the situation I fnd myself in at the moment, minimally impacted by these interesting times. As we begin to look forward to being able to step back into some of the more 'normal' activities we engaged in prior to this period of confinement, I am going to spend some time in the next few days reflecting on what it is I have gained from having more time in ...my own company, and what and who I choose to re-engage with moving forward. As each level of restriction is lifted, we have the opportunity to measure the impact past activities might have on our physical, mental and/or emotional well being once we start participating in them again, giving us the opportunity to decide whether we really need to allow this stuff back into our energy fields, or whether we can close some doors more permanently, ultimately allowing room for others to open. Will update retreat dates as soon as we have the green light
