20.01.2022 Hello all my lovely clients - Happy 2021! Yes, it Fiona in the flesh, smashing out 2021 from the start. I'm 2 weeks away from holidays, so if you would like an appointment before I go, either comment below or Facebook message and I'll see what we have left available to get you in. Bookings can still be made on this site, however, there is payment up front. This is to help me manage any no shows (which is very minimal) until I get back on deck from holidays. Again, if y...ou are a regular or long term client and would like to book in - just message me. I have Hicaps go ready to roll out. Please bring with you your mobile phone, health fund card and your payment card (either a visa, mastercard or cash). Your phone will be required to confirm via SMS that you have attended the appointment. This is the only way the system can provide you with the hicaps/health fund rebate off and you only pay the gap at your appointment. (There is now no need to download the app, everything is done via SMS). Bear with me during this transition, I'm sure like all new things there will be one or two hiccups. The major health funds are covered by Hicaps Go, however, I have noted Qld Country are not on it. So a receipt will be issued to claim for these guys. Cross fingers they come on board soon. In the meantime, I will be messaging clients every morning to re-confirm their bookings just incase someone is ill or doesn't want their appointment (as I have a priority list waiting for any cancellations).
