25.01.2022 Just a quick reminder that we will always be there for all scheduled fitness classes - rain, hail or shine! We will let you make the call on whether you would like to train or not and if not, then no class. It may be getting colder and wetter but we do hope to see you get out and about and keeping active!

23.01.2022 Wow!!! This is why our Workplace Health programs provoke individual change! Whilst this is amazing, it is also rather common in our "Workplace Wellness" programs. "I began my journey to health in mid-December 2019, when I met Jake through my workplaces wellness program. When I first met Jake, he measured my BMI and curated a plan to do weigh ins, exercise programs and monitored eating. ... My weight was 120.5kg when I met Jake, I was not only self-conscious, I was morbidly obese and at risk of many health complications. Now after just 5 months of seeing Jake, I weigh 97.6kg. Our work is nowhere near finished, but I keep setting small achievable goals to hit weekly and I have my major goal of hitting 90kg. Throughout these 5 months, Jake has encouraged me to push myself, to try new things and to move outside of my comfort zone. I have found a whole new confidence in myself and I have learnt to enjoy exercising. I have had slip ups, where Ive eaten junk or had nights where Ive overindulged, but rather than criticising me, Jake has taught me how to make it balanced throughout the week so I can still have the things I love. I am extremely thankful for Jakes endless support, motivation and encouragement and I highly recommend him to anyone who may be a bit nervous taking the first step to a better life. I am so glad I took this chance, I am now 22.9kg lighter and so much healthier." 07.01.2022 We are back and the gym open on the following hours- Monday-Friday 6am-9pm Saturday 7am-8pm Sunday 8am-8pm... The Just In Time team will be there at the following hours- Monday-Friday 6-9.30am and 4-7pm Saturday 7am-12pm Sunday 8am-12pm The pool will remain closed until mid-December with some great renovations!
