For those that have been forced to close your business or drastically modify it, we are still here to help you in whatever way we can. Our office is still open at this stage, but we have modified the way we do business to comply with the new social distancing rules As from Monday 30th March 2020 we are no longer offering face to face meetings except for extreme emerg...encies. We are still offering telephone and online interviews, and these can be booked with our friendly staff. The office remains open for delivery of records and signed forms, but front office interaction is controlled for the safety of our staff and those visiting the office. 04.01.2022 Changes to the low and middle income tax offset announced in Budget 201920 are now law. The amount of offset you may be entitled to, and the amount of any refu...nd, will differ for everyone depending on individual circumstances such as income level and how much tax you paid throughout the year. We’ll automatically take into account any offset you’re entitled to in your tax return, even if you've already lodged. You won’t need to contact us. Refunds for tax returns already lodged are expected to start issuing towards the end of next week and into the following week, which is in line with the normal processing of refunds for this time of year.
