25.01.2022 Enjoy a wonderful Christmas everyone, and all the very best for a fantabulous New Year xo Rekreate wound down in winter this year and never really wound back up with the exploring and learning of new things, taking my curiosity in other directions. 24.01.2022 Hi Everyone - I am so excited to introduce you to Fuchia and her new page! Fuchia has been training and learning with me to achieve her PT qualification which she is acing! She is an awesome trainer and I have every confidence in her and her abilities to get you feeling amazing and on your way to being your best self! Fuchia will now officially take over from me running evening bootcamps and will also add in some more. I'll definitely be getting there myself when I am not studying or running children around to their sporting activities. 23.01.2022 Helping out where we can ... please join us In a conversation with my kids, I asked, "wouldn't it be great to donate some of your present money to a local farming family in need who could then use it to buy presents for their own children and family to help make their Christmas better?" They said, "How about if we give them some of our presents because we usually get more than one?" Yes, they are right and how often over Christmas do we hear family's say "my kids got so mu...ch stuff for Christmas". Marvellous idea, Hearts of Howlong was created. Between now and New Years, Lyn and I would like to collect presents, either something in great condition you'd like to donate or 1 or 2 of the 'extra' presents found under the tree on Christmas morning. With Lyn's contacts through her charity "Farmer wants a Dress" we have the means to deliver donated presents prior to Christmas and with a second delivery in the New Year. We realise the second deliveries won't be received until after Christmas, but what a great way to bring in some joy into the new year for them. You know the parcel of undies from Aunt Jo or the 3rd box of Lego from Grandpa - I would be absolutely sure that they wouldn't mind, and would probably be mighty proud for families to be so kind-hearted and thoughtful of those around us doing it tougher than we are.
