We are an organisation that values people - our team, the people we support and the wider community. We are looking for a Payroll Officer/Bookkeeper/Accounts person to work 30 hours pw. Key responsibilities include:... Process weekly wages, including all end of pay procedures, journal postings, payslips Monthly processing, reconciliation and payment of all employee superannuation Processing Health Care Provider payments via TRACCS database Accounts receivable NDIS invoicing and claiming Home Care Package statements/receipting and direct debit payments Provide assistance with other end of month processes as required Monthly payroll tax reporting Key Selection Criteria Previous experience in a similar role is essential Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent Extensive working knowledge of MYOB Understanding of NDIS and Home Care Packages or ability to learn High level competence using a range of software packages including MS Office Exceptional organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently A current Police Check is to be obtained and maintained at your own expense To Apply All applicants who wish to be considered must address the Key Selection Criteria before they are progressed to the next stage of recruitment.
