10.01.2022 Often when we speak to our clients about identifying their strengths, they assume that they are nothing special and often respond 'but everyone is good at that aren't they?". The answer is NO. We all have unique strengths and often we take them for granted. If you are not confident that you can articulate your strengths then ask a friend or family member when they see you at your best. Sometimes our friends and family know us better than we know ourselves.
