08.01.2022 With 3 teens I feel suitably qualified to share a blend that I find does tame the teenager. I think to be honest I first called it shitty teenager spray and wa...s so impressed with the effectiveness, that I think I had better refine the title for public use. Ours teens experience a lot of tension that is not always obvious to us. This is a muscle blend actually, to ease the muscles that tense and may ache when they experience tension in their body. This recipe is mild as in my experience teenagers DONT like strong oil smells. Combine these in a 10ml roller with fractionated coconut oil to dilute and roll on where suitable. 3-4 times a day for optimum results. I actually make it in a spray and when they are being shitty teenagers I chase them around the house and just Spray!!! Personal and practical experience will allow you to play around with your own dilution ratios.

03.01.2022 TIP!! It was suggested to me to add a drop of peppermint essential oil to the inside of your mask before wearing. I have been doing this for weeks now and find it makes a big difference... Did a little research to discover that: -peppermint helps to relieve headaches (masks cause many people to have headaches)... -peppermint oil has mild antimicrobial properties (I’m not suggesting it works against covid, but it’s not going to hurt!) -peppermint oil is a scent that’s cool and refreshing (for this reason alone, is why I put a few drops in my mask). It’s a mood enhancer and makes breathing with something covering your nose and mouth a little easier!
