All of our Recovery Packs come with 4 of our breast ice packs as they are the fundamental item to our packs! Our breast ones also come with a soft washable cover which is amazing for the environment as you can reuse them forever! They have a triple action of being frozen, cooled or even used as a heat pack! Instructions on how to use them are printed on them too Freezer: 15-30 mins Fridge: 30-60 mins Warm Water: 3-5mins Microwave: Depending on your setting 11 to 16 seconds
