With flexibility you can adapt to the changing conditions and take advantage of opportunities to improve areas of your life. This moon is about work vs home, What you need vs what you want and you may feel your energy is drained. You must rest to reset your emotions and clear away the emotional baggage of the past 6 months. The meditation on Friday night will be on alignment. If we are not aligned with our needs and desires we may get caught up in this new moon energy which combined with the Dec 14th lunar eclipse will make this phase last until May 26th 2021. So when the body starts its physical reaction that is the time to consider your thoughts. The process is easy to accept if its feelings we know like joy abundance and happiness but when we perceive it as negative its a whole different ball game. For most of us we have not learnt what to do when we start thinking negatively and because of that what we tell ourselves compounds.Our thoughts evoke our emotions. Emotions are our guide. We need the dark and light, the trick is to accept them all. Are you watching your thoughts today?

Dehydration can also negatively impact amino acids, resulting in feelings of dejection, inadequacy, anxiety, and irritability. Dehydration increases stress in your body.... Water serves multiple purposes: Water is the primary building block of cells. It acts as an insulator, regulating internal body temperature. This is partly because water has a high specific heat, plus the body uses perspiration and respiration to regulate temperature. Water is needed to metabolize proteins and carbohydrates used as food. It is the primary component of saliva, used to digest carbohydrates and aid in swallowing food. The compound lubricates joints. Water insulates the brain, spinal cord, organs, and fetus. It acts as a shock absorber. Water is used to flush waste and toxins from the body via urine. Water is the principal solvent in the body. It dissolves minerals, soluble vitamins, and certain nutrients. Water carries oxygen and nutrients to cells.
