After a long hard week at Total Care Chiropractic, I myself need a de-brief. I'm shattered, I'm wrecked and I am literally shaking from the emotional "dumping" we encounter day to day. Massage can bring out emotions and words you would not even tell your closest friend, yet we hear and respond to your words in a carin...g, empathetic way, each and every session. Each session is confidential, we don't even discuss these words with other therapists. Its a closed door. But where does that leave us, the therapist? We are much more than people who "rub your muscles" or gets that "knot" out. We are your rock, your go to, your confident. I know there is alot of confusion around but please listen to health authorities like the Department of Health or the World Health Organization. Stay home, ... Wash your hands, Stay mentally and physically active and If you are unwell call your GP. Its so important we keep the rate of infection down. In the coming days I will be posting some stretches and massages you can do yourself at home. Stay healthy everyone. We are in this together!
