25.01.2022 What does hypnosis feel like? Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. Because it is not sleep you will be aware at all times. Its just that it WILL feel different from sleep AND different from your normal waking state. Its completely safe and natural and you cant get stuck there. When in hypnosis you are not powerless or under the control of someone else.
