24.01.2022 Well we’re fast approaching the new year and I’m sure I can say for everyone that we’ll be glad to see that back of 2020. I know people are struggling but if things get too bad then please don’t hesitate to ask for help.. That may be the best move you’ve made all year!

20.01.2022 Saw a lady yesterday that I’d seen 18mths ago with Anxiety... Well she’s still going strong and no anxiety problems whatsoever.. The reason she’s contacted me was since this lockdown started she’d began drinking heavily.. ( 6 pack of Jim Bean and coke a night).... Initially it was due to the boredom and isolation of being at home and her words, helped to fill a void! What started as a treat, over time became more and more of a habit.. The break through was a pleasure to see, and to the young lady a huge relief as it was costing her $150 a week.. She said she felt so much lighter and free to have that burden gone.. It’s amazing how our minds work and how we can and do latch on to these things, we kid ourselves that it’s ok and then all of a sudden it can turn round and bite you, that which you thought was your crutch or friend really never was in the first place. The lady in question is only young and usually very active and sporty. She said herself that since the drinking had taken over she had no interest or motivation to do anything or go anywhere.. The things she loved had all been put on the back burner as she had no energy to do anything... The hardest thing is to reach out and ask for help but until you do things will never change. To see that turn around in someone and give them back their purpose makes it all worthwhile... 17.01.2022 I’m so pleased to have helped this young lady on her journey recently and for anyone struggling at the moment you only have to reach out, it could be the best decision you ever make I met Joan 18 months ago for a hypnosis session for anxiety. To give someone their life back really does make it all worthwhile Hi Joan, I just want to thank you so much for our... session we had yesterday, recently my anxiety and panic attacks have gotten to a point that I’m unable to control them myself, I have previously used mindfulness and different techniques which used to work fine, I have often thought about Hypnotherapy and to be honest I didn’t really believe I was sceptical, I guess that’s from social media and tv shows that make people cluck like a chicken, but I must say I felt I had control the whole way through I felt so relaxed and was aware of everything, I just followed your soothing voice and felt so relaxed, there was honestly nothing to fear, I felt like skipping out of our session like I didn’t have a date in the world, I slept really well too, today I feel different it’s hard to explain but I would be more than happy to recommend you and urge anyone who is contemplating giving hypnosis a go to do it, there is no need to suffer by yourself.
