Some times it's easy to watch our little beings travel through smiling at life that we couldn't imagine our children having a worry in the world. Children carry a load too at times and it's not always obvious so check in. Mental health matters #worldmentalhealthday #relaxkidssunshinecoast

We each are on our own journey and if we treat each others crisis for what it is for that person without comparison we truly demonstrate love empathy, compassion, kindness and problem solving

May you all have lots of play and laughs throughout Christmas Christmas is not just for kids it's for togetherness and joy. That is the most important thing.
