14.01.2022 Release Osteopathy would like to welcome LUCY PIGNATARO to the team. Lucy will be offering both Reiki and Counselling/Life Coaching services- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. A little bit about Lucy....... I have always been both inquisitive and passionate about life and the way we live it. I have a wealth of experience and as a curious person, I always find myself studying something new to further my education. As a Reiki Therapist, Life Coach and Counsellor, I help others to find peace, a sense of ease and how to live with greater awareness to improve their quality of life. Through Reiki therapy; hands-on energy-clearing work, introspection, journalling, work around breathing and Meditation, I assist clients to explore and gain a greater understanding of what chaos is affecting them, and providing them with the strategies to bring about change and empowerment.

She is a qualified Remedial Massage and Shiatsu Therapist who will have completed an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy this year.... With ten years of experience treating in Canada and Australia, she loves being back in hometown Melbourne to assist people in achieving optimum outcomes for a diverse range of muscular skeletal conditions and injuries and dysfunctions. Through thorough assessment her treatment can include the application of a variety of techniques for a results based treatment: * Myofacial Release, Massage, Trigger Point Therapy * Cupping * Dry Needling * Guasha and Moxa * Corrective exercises Claire loves playing local football with the MUGARS at Melbourne University. Travel, biking, sailing and the mountains for snow sports are her things. Closely followed up by good food and wine with friends and family.
