07.01.2022 Over the past few months, we have been working with Carly Bertolino at Azul Solutions Pty Ltd to update our safety management systems and policy’s. Carly’s appr...oach to our needs to adhere to multiple customers differing site requirements was very reassuring. As a small business looking to take the next step, this can be very daunting. But not with Carly. She clearly explained our requirements and obligations using different job scenarios. This took the OHS mumbo jumbo and put it all into tradesmen’s terms. Our safety management plan is now comprehensive and actually informative to us on the ground running or completing the jobs. She was able to integrate our job management software into the safety management plan to tick all the required boxes. We are now able to track any near misses even minor ones, if or when they may occur. We are looking to be a step ahead of these instances to ensure we are always improving and sending our team home to there loved ones everyday.
