09.01.2022 When clients start considering change of accountants? 1. Lack of respect, e,g feel ignored 2. Lack of confidence/expertise, e,g bad advice 3. Slow service, e,g jobs in but havent heard for months ... 4. Lack of involvement by principal, e.g your job thrown to the staff & the principal has no ideal about your business. You worry if your job gets done properly 5. Sick of dealing with different persons in the firm, e.g this year staff A on your job and next year a different person and you have to tell everything again 6. Difficult to contact, e,g always ring the firm via reception, taking your msg and a day/a week later you get a call back if lucky, or have zero contact with the principal 7. Hard to understand, e.g use a lot of accounting terminology to answer your queries 8. Not being proactive, e.g sometimes you do not know what questions to ask the accountants but they dont tell you too 9. ..etc Have you had any of those experience? We specialise in Tax, Audit & Business Services for small and medium enterprises with more than 14 years of continuous experience. I operate my accounting firm and enjoy spending time to find out what we can be different and clients expectation. Contact me if you would like to share your experience or if you believe I am valuable to your business somehow.
