11.01.2022 Hi and welcome to Relieve! Just a little bit of information for you all. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, a member of the Myotherapy Massage of Australia Association and am offering mobile services including Swedish massage, sport massage, manual lymphatic drainage and remedial massage consisting of deep tissue, trigger point release and myofascia release. My work is to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. As a therapist, I aim to help relieve pain, ...assist in healing injuries, improve circulation around the body, relieve stress, increase relaxation and aid in the general wellness of my clients. In-home massages offer all the benefits of clinic massage. In order to fully understand what needs to be addressed I will be conducting a health history and testing prior and post treatment. Therefore my sessions will have an additional 10 mins to allow for this whilst giving you full 60mins or 90mins of treatment.
