24.01.2022 In accordance with the Victorian Government Stage 4 restrictions, Relinque Sports and Spinal Group will continue to operate as an essential service with some restrictions. Osteopaths are permitted to provide treatment that is deemed urgent care or that will prevent significant change or deterioration in functional independence necessitating escalation of care. All clients will need to take an appointment urgency assessment before treatment to clarify whether they meet the criteria for an appointment. 13.01.2022 As of today, the government has eased restrictions to allow us to resume pilates classes. We will be taking a cautious and careful approach for returning classes in the studio. The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. We will begin with one class of three students. Each class will run for an hour. Three students is well below what is allowed in our studio, but we want to make sure everyone in the space feels safe and comfortable as you slowly return to class...es. It will also give each of you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the new social distancing and cleaning protocols in the studio. As you can appreciate, this reduced schedule will mean we are not able to return all students back at the same time, but we will slowly add classes over the next month to make more spaces available and get all of you back training with your favourite instructor. 04.01.2022 Part 1 Here is my pilates pelvic bridge series of exercises for you to try on this rainy day Pelvic bridges are great to activate the gluts especially if you’ve been sitting on the couch too long! Each video should be repeated 3 times to make 3 sets of each exercise. You will need a theraband, foam roller and set of light weights.
