24.01.2022 WOW!!! What more can I say, had a massive day today at Penrith Paceway so big Ill be spending all day tomorrow in the kitchen cooking fresh batches of EVERYTHING!! Thanks to my repeat customers your loyalty means a lot in keeping "Relish This!" going. I will also be starting my butter range tomorrow ready for the market at Penrith Panthers this Sunday.... Lemon Butter Passion Fruit Garlic... Has just purchased a glass fridge so now I can do all the different flavoured butters I have been asked about without melting or splitting!!! 20.01.2022 I have been thinking about doing party plans, along the lines off bringing my jams and relishes to the comfort of your home with condiments to go with each, scones , crackers , corn chips and mini toast. I would prepare all this and come to you where the taste testing would be with all things my products go with. All you have to do is bring some friends maybe Nan n Pop Aunts n Uncles even a bottle of bubbly? Please comment if you would be interested in hosting a party or what you think of this idea?
