24.01.2022 I'm so incredibly grateful to everyone who has come to my classes over the last couple of months. Not only have you helped me to grow as a yoga teacher, but also allowed me to share my love of yoga with you. @kateepop @monsterinthelab and @american_thighs has been an absolute pleasure watching your practice transform. I look forward to more yoga adventures with you all soon. For now, stayed tuned for the yogarella desert addition.

22.01.2022 I've still got a couple of spots left for a sunset beginners tonight at 6:30. Let me know if you want to join me.

13.01.2022 Last week I turned 30 and my theme for the week was Satya, meaning truth. For me this is about living my truth. Making connections to the earth helps me to be honest and truthful to who I am. #happinessisbeingyou

13.01.2022 Oh hi Melbourne. Spring has got me bunny hopping in my backyard. Who is interested in some yogarella playtime in the park/garden?

12.01.2022 Tonight's class is FULL! This little scorpion is headed to the desert, so only 3 more classes in Melbourne left for you to try. This pose demonstrates yoga's ability to push us outside of our comfort zone. I've been playing with it for 4 days now and you could not have told me a year ago that this was something my body could do!

11.01.2022 These beautiful beginner yogis practiced mindfulness in viparita karani this evening, as they watched the storm clouds roll in. #legsupthewall

11.01.2022 Beautiful humans, I know that everyone is feeling well anxious at the moment and I would love to offer some techniques to help you calm some of this. If you would like to do some yoga with me, take a moment now to check in with your body and see if you can identify the area that you are holding the most tension. It will mostly likely be the area that is currently causing you the most grief :P ... Close you're eyes and gently move/roll/flex/extend different limbs and sections of your body. See how you are feeling.... Once you have done that. Post here (Or PM me) and I can tailor some yoga for you to help send these areas some love. xxx

07.01.2022 I am teaching 2 more classes before I head to the desert to practise my cartwheels and handstands on that beautiful red earth. Wednesday 6pm and Thursday 6pm.

05.01.2022 I have decided to revisit the Yamas and Niyamas while I travel through these next 9 weeks of solitude and in a sort of solidarity with @_evestudio_ 's rise and shine challenge. Last week my theme was the first Yama, Ahimsa, meaning non-violence. I had great dreams of coming to the desert and practising yoga on the deep red sand. Of course the reality of this meant that I was sharing my yoga practice with hundreds of nests of ants. As crazy as it sounds, Ahimsa for me last week was not getting angry/frustrated with the ants crawling on my body. And as soon as I found peace with them, I found a beautiful platform in the bush, relatively free from them.

04.01.2022 Thanks to these babes who came for a little twerk-yoga-twisting fun in the wild Thornbury zen den Kate Louise Ballantyne HALF MOON Mindfulness & Meditation
