Along with the presenter and other guest it reflects on 2020, and planning for 2021. Marcus, our Principal Physio, leads the Run Like Crazy Brunswick run group. In this interview, Tristan talks about his adventures and reflections about his 52 marathons in 52 weeks in 42 countries achievement from 2010 to help him through personal challe...nges. Is there something you can take from it? FYI- Running 52 marathons in a year is definitely not a recommended goal from a Physio perspective, unless you've done the work to prepare yourself! Marcus leads the group every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6am. Speak to us if you would like more information.

In the weekend we had a fun day wrapping up the year with an amazing staff Xmas Party in the Yarra Valley .
