16.01.2022 I learn a great deal about Credit Management and keep up to date with what is going on in the Industry through my membership with the Australian Institute of Credit Management ("AICM").

10.01.2022 Covid 19 (Corona Virus) information We are operating at full capacity during the current Covid 19 pandemic but are taking measures to limit the chance of exposure for both staff and clients. We will be prioritising conducting business remotely by telephone and video conference where possible and practical. Where face to face contact is required, we will attempt to avoid actual physical contact (such as handshaking) and maintain physical distance during conferences. We will be making hand sanitiser and other protective measures available for staff and clients. We ask that if you are suffering from fever or any respiratory symptoms, have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or have been in close contact with a person diagnosed with Covid 19, that you not attend our offices. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

10.01.2022 If you owe money and your account is with a collection agency, it is important for you to know that it's business as usual here. We will be continuing our collection activity during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, we are understanding of what's happening with the economy and businesses closing. It is really important if you have lost your job, and unable to make your payments, you will be required to provide evidence of your separation, and we can adjust your payment arrange...ment accordingly. If you are a business and you have experienced a downturn in revenue, similarly you will be required to provide evidence of that and we can adjust your payment arrangement accordingly. Communication is the name of the game. We are happy to work with you to gain a favourable outcome for both you and our client to which you owe money. The virus is not a means to avoid paying a debt. Your debt will still be payable. It is going to be better for you in the long run that you engage and make best arrangements and efforts to continue paying. Otherwise, 6-12 months down the track, when this is all over, you may have accumulated many debts and may very well put yourself in a position of struggle at that point. It is best to keep paying something, even if it is a little, because you will still be progressing towards paying off the debt. That also shows really great character on your part, that you are prepared to stay the course, even through a crisis. All the best to everyone, stay at home and help save lives :-)

03.01.2022 Covid 19 (Corona Virus) information - In these challenging times, it's really important that we follow the rules regarding social isolation. We are operating at full capacity during the current Covid 19 pandemic, however where possible staff are working from home. We are taking measures to limit the chance of exposure for both staff and clients. We are having no face to face meetings with clients until further notice. We have facilities available to conduct business remotely by telephone and video conference. For the present, attendance at our offices will not be permitted. Please contact us to make other arrangements so that we can continue to assist with your matter. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
