19.01.2022 Hi all, on this coming Saturday, 2-4pm, such an amazing meditation, you just lay there and relax and enjoy the meditation of the music, it is one of my very favorite things to do. It asks nothing of you and gives so much, lasting for days after the event, if you have wanted to try meditation, please try this, if we get the numbers, I will put this on every month.
