18.01.2022 Reopening at my home clinic on the 16th of June!! However, I am still offering appointments at Andrew Jurd's physiotherapy clinic every Tuesday and Wednesday until then. Bookings taken now. Regular and acute patients will be given priority. Those with gift vouchers that ran out during isolation will be honoured. As there has been a change to my circumstances, I will be offering Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every 2nd Sunday starting on the 16th of June.

15.01.2022 Ready. Set. Sadly No I prepared the room this morning in anticipation that there would be a lifting of prohibition of remedial massage. Unfortunately this is not the case but I do completely understand why. I am considering finding a medical or health clinic locally that I can work from for 1 or 2 days in the near future and will let you all know...

13.01.2022 Hello my friends Now that restrictions are easing on Friday (exciting), I am offering a small number of appointments next week for urgent patients only. It’s important to take care of my body and ease back into it. #selfcare #selflove

13.01.2022 I love a good silent healing massage...

13.01.2022 Remedial massage is still prohibited in Tassie unless the therapist is working within a medical or health centre (ie with chiros or physios). Therapists in Tassie are unable to obtain exemptions for working from home at this point in time. We will know more on Friday.

12.01.2022 I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Andrew Jurd at Derwent Valley Physiotherapy for letting me use one of his rooms while the restrictions were on. Today was my last day there and I am so grateful for his generosity and hospitality. It’s so wonderful to live in a community where people help each other out. I’m also so happy I got to see so many of you all again and sorry to those I couldn’t fit in. #community #connection #weareinthistogether

10.01.2022 Coming soon to Derwent Valley Massage... Starting next week I will also be offering Hot Stone Massage to my repertoire of massage modalities.

08.01.2022 Massages are supposed to be relaxing, aren't they?

07.01.2022 Hello everyone! Here are the new hours and new price list as of 1st June 2020

04.01.2022 Today marks 3 weeks of isolation without sugar. Walking 3kms a day, no meat, dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero alcohol! A healthy vegan diet, gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free and a 2 hour home workout each day! Lost 30 lbs of fat and gained muscle mass. I have no idea whose status this is, but I am really proud of them... so I decided to copy-paste!

01.01.2022 This is my little one James He loves being massaged. It calms him, nurtures his whole wellbeing and brings him a moment of peace in these ever-changing tumultuous times. It’s especially lovely just after a bath when the warmth of the water has started the relaxation process.
