The aim is to find and address the cause of the discomfort or disorder, not only the symptoms. At the initial consultation, I will ask about your lifestyle, ie. jobs, hobbies, posture, medical history etc. This information, combined with a brief postural observation, helps me to tailor the treatment to your needs. I have a dedicated treatment room, with an electric massage bed and relaxing music available. I also offer relaxation massage if you have tension from everyday stresses and you need some me time. Relaxation blend of oils available too.
