24.01.2022 I always get them with a bit going on- this gelding was s big touchy here and there- so it’s a good policy to leave them as relaxedness as possible st the end of a session. Always enjoy working for Shane Everson at Grafton.

22.01.2022 Thoroughbreds after finishing a racing career will always have stuff going on. This one had a sore neck indicating a lot of pressure and tension from a tight rein. Looks a lot happier judging by the look on its face after a good remedial treatment:)

17.01.2022 Had a call out yesterday locally and luckily was able to help a horse out in a bad way. He could hardly walk at all , so sore and not feeling well at all. After a good hour and he was going a lot better. He needed some ‘bute’ to help with the pain and inflammation in lower leg. He had to be overnight in a flat area and monitored to keep control of the situation

15.01.2022 A couple of recent ones. I only get them to work on when they have issues, sometimes it can be mainly back-end which is always hips/pelvis. Other times it will always be the wither and shoulders. There always seems to be more tension in the off-side and the legs always need doing- they will stand there all day for the leg massage :)

12.01.2022 Loved this horse- Sprite a 5yo gelding belonging to an Equestrian Coach in Sydney. I was sure it was a stock-horse at first sight, but turned out to be a Thoroughbred. Only small - but certainly made up for it with excellent conformation and temperament. Not phased or bothered by anything at all. A super versatile horse who could do anything- jump, dressage, eventing, just cruise along with a child on it’s back doing a lesson. I rated this horse highly in the ‘Having it all Department’ and was so easy and a pleasure to work on, and as is with all the horses I get- had plenty going on.

07.01.2022 Here he is again after the hours treatment walking so much better . After talking with the owner this morning he is as good as gold. Neither of us can believe in the amazing turn around of his condition. I will see him again on Tuesday and post some info :)
