25.01.2022 After the age of 40, 50-60% of people will show age related changes on knee MRI. These numbers are even higher for lower back disc herniation's. They are often reported as mild, moderate or severe 'degenerative changes'. Sounds scary right? It doesn't have to be. Sometimes these results don't account for the symptoms. They are just normal age related changes, just like wrinkles on your face :) Treat the person, not the scan!

12.01.2022 Did you know each year I purchase new towels? Purchasing towels annually means a soft, fresh and oil free standard is maintained for your comfort. To ensure my business operates with the environment in mind, I choose to recycle the old towels by donating them to an organisation close to my heart. This years recipient was Friends of Hawkesbury Companion Animal Shelter for bedding, grooming and warmth for all the adorable animals waiting for adoption.

10.01.2022 Recently ARHG (umbrella for many health funds) stopped providing rebates for mobile treatments deeming it 'non-clinical'. I don't offer mobile massage, yet I have and will continue to treat clients in their homes if they are medically unable to come to my clinic .
