22.01.2022 Since June 2018 I've been writing a bi-monthly newsletter. Some letters from clients with great success, and some just me sharing what's in my head. The first letter is from a Client with Carpal Tunnel, in both wrists. I hope you find it interesting. W.L Carpal tunnel: Letter of the month Evelyn Cunningham presented to me with severe wrist pain, and had been diagnosed by the GP with carpal tunnel. ... Off to the surgeon, he said, but not yet !!!! Here is her story My hairdresser gave me Warrens number and told me to try him to help with my wrist pain. My life was very full on, as a carer for my sick husband. And many house duties were becoming more and more difficult each week. I was hesitant at first as I heard he had come from Canberra and worked with only elite athletes for many years Warren assessed and treat the shoulder and gave a brief explanation of the nerves that run into that part of my arm and hand from the neck. As I worked for a chiropractor years ago, I knew that my problems were coming from up the line, despite what the surgeon had said. After the treatment on these nerves and other soft tissue, I had improved movement and grip strength. The pain had reduced considerably too. By the 2nd treatment things were really on the mend, and I had already started to think what I would say to the surgeon. He was going to be confused. I then cancelled any operation on my wrists. After about 3 months the treatments were 3 weeks apart, and I was almost %100 pain free & grip strength was restored. Good timing, as my husbands condition was worsening daily. He needed help with showering, dressing, standing up and even cutting up meals. I am now pain free, and I see Warren when required. Last treatment was 7 months ago.

03.01.2022 Winter must be here, wow ! What an increase of lower back and sciatica clients. It's so important that we realise, the days are shorter now and it's far too easy to be sitting longer at night time as we tend to be out side a lot less. Be pro-active. Plan some evening activities, go for a walk, lay on your tummy. These things will surely minimize how quickly the body is affected in the cooler months.
