05.01.2022 I wanted to share an Xray of my spine to show that people can't see what is under our skin and when we are in pain you can't see why well this is my why!! It's and invisible entity. No surgery can happen it just is what it is. It's up to me to help stabilise it with chiro, physio, pilates and pain meds radio frequency and so on. Yep it's a pretty shitty back even my tail bone is crooked but it could be worse. I'm pretty dam proud of this back even if it is no good full of deg...eneration and osteoarthritis.
