24.01.2022 ***UPDATE 10:40pm*** Power is back on and services have been restored, if your still not surfing please reboot your modem. Sorry for the inconvenience, have a good night... ***UPDATE 8:30***... According to essential energy the power will be restored by 11:30pm. 140 people without power... *** UPDATE 6:25*** The road is closed due to fallen trees to the tower so access is restricted at the moment. Hopefully they clear it soon. ATT BILLYWILLINGA/FREEMANTLE We’ve lost power at one of our sites after a lightning strike, hopefully not for to long and everything will come back online... I will keep you posted..

24.01.2022 ***update 6pm*** I’m back from Sydney with parts, we will be working on it tonight and tomorrow, if you do drop out it hopefully won’t be for to long. Thankyou very much for your patience. ***ATT WATTLE FLAT AND SOFALA***... We currently have a major fault and also access problems to our sites due to the rain. We have previously patched the same issue, however due to COVID-19 we have found it increasingly difficult to obtain parts in Australia and have had to wait for overseas parts in manufacturing and getting them through customs. We are dropping everything to sort it out ASAP, I will be driving down to Sydney for some parts and we will be working on it over the next few days until the issue is resolved permanently. Sorry for the inconvenience.

23.01.2022 ***UPDATE 4:12pm*** 98% of people are now back online, just need to replace a few more parts for the rest... ***UPDATE 2:45pm*** We are up at the tower waiting for the storms to clear, it looks like it shouldn’t me much longer now.... Hopefully not much longer till everyone is back up and running. Thanks for your patience. James ATT 2795 Unfortunately one of our towers has suffered a direct lightning strike, our worst fear! We have spares of everything but as everyone can appreciate this will take some time to fix. If the weather stays away we should have it up and running by later today, if we can’t climb the tower due to weather, it will be done tomorrow as I believe it should be a nicer day. Apologies for the inconvenience but it is our priority to get this sorted ASAP. James

I have found out that there is more scheduled for the coming weeks. I have put this down in my diary and plan on taking a generator around so your service is uninterrupted. 17.01.2022 ***update 12:33*** All fixed Wattle Flat, thanks for your patience. ***update 9:47pm*** I’ve climbed the towers and can’t see any obvious fault, I will have to start replacing parts tomorrow as the tower is wet and it’s just too dangerous to attempt now.... I have canceled my jobs for tomorrow and will get it sorted straight away. You still have connectivity but it may be a little slow till it’s fixed. ***ATT WATTLE FLAT*** 7:10pm I’ve just noticed your tower is performing very poorly, I’m on my way out now to hopefully fix it. If I can identify the fault you will drop out but not for long.

16.01.2022 ***ATT BATHURST*** Currently there is a power outage in Bathurst CBD which is where some of our main equipment is. Luckily we have a battery backup in place which it seems is running perfectly. Just thought I’d share some good news for change!

16.01.2022 Attention ALL Goulburn AREA Customers. There is a wide spread power outage tomorrow. I will set up back up power from 8:30am and try and run it all day. Are you having a power outage as well please advise as I don’t know how far it goes. Mummel, Grabben Gullen? Baw Baw? ... Michael

04.01.2022 *** 8:10am up and running now*** ***Everybody further than Turondale 2795.*** A different tower with the same issue is down again now. I’m home now so I will have it fixed in an hour.... I can assure everyone it will be permanently fixed this week, whatever frustration your having now I can assure you I’m twice as bad, it will be fixed. See more
