The MINIMUM requirements for this position are as follows: - 5 years Underground mining industry experience with demonstrated Emergency Response Team involvement - Current Certificate IV Training & Assessment with a minimum 2 years facilitation experience - Certificate III Mine Emergency Response & Rescue - Certificate III Public Safety (Firefighting & Emergency Operations) - Extensive experience in the Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus (BG4) - Active and Physically Fit Must be able to pass a strict medical and functional assessment - Recent National Police Clearance - Current C Class Driver's License (WA) - Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test - High attention to detail and accuracy The successful applicant will be local to the Perth metropolitan area and possess a proven track record and sound reputation across all emergency response disciplines as well as the ability to gain and retain new skills and knowledge quickly. With a view for this position to commence in the new year, your starting package will be negotiated based on your current experience.
