25.01.2022 TEXAS JALEPENO RANCH DIP MIX l -->RECIPE<-- Jalapeno Sticky Wings 1 tbsp YIAH Texas Jalapeno Ranch Dip Mix 1 tbsp YIAH Intense Garlic EVOO... 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp honey 500g (17 oz.) chicken wings pinch of salt Directions: Put all ingredients in a large freezer bag and massage until all ingredients are well blended, and wings are covered. Place bag in fridge and let marinade at least an hour, ideally overnight. On a very hot BBQ sear the wings on each side, then reduce heat down to low and close lid. Cook 15-20 mins until cooked, turning every 5 mins. Wings will get good and sticky as they slowly cook. Enjoy with some Texas Jalapeno Ranch Dip and veggies. See more

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons YIAH Thai Inspired EVOO... 2 tablespoons YIAH Thai Green Curry Dip Mix 500 grams white firm fish eg. Basa (or sub for chicken) 1 can coconut milk 8 fresh baby corn spears 1 cup broccoli cut into small pieces 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon fish sauce coriander (optional) red chilli (optional) Directions In a wok or frypan heat the YIAH Thai Inspired Olive Oil, add the Thai Green Curry Dip Mix and heat until fragrant (2 minutes). Add the fish, corn spears and broccoli and mix to coat in the paste. Add coconut milk and stir until all combined, simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish sauce and brown sugar, simmer a further 5 minutes. serve with jasmine rice and garnish with coriander and chilli optional.
