And nearing my 38th birthday, I celebrate the life of the 9th departed soul from my side of the family. Not to mention, 2 more from my husband's side. 22.01.2022 I had the most amazing day yesterday hosting my Nuturing the Creative Soul workshop at Open Space Healing. We enjoyed CREATIVITY, CONNECTION and COMMUNITY in a beautiful setting, through meditation, dance, storytelling, art and journaling. Then devoured delicious homemade bliss balls. Prepared and ate scrumptious, handmade rice paper rolls and drank soothing cups of tea. All while connecting with our inner creative soul. 18.01.2022 Today mark's the completion of my 21 Day Activating the Divine Feminine meditation practise by Deepak Chopra and Alicia Keys. It took me more than 21 days and that's OK. What I have notice change dramatically in the last month is the amount of number sequences I have been seeing. 111, 1111, 121, 333, 1221, 555 and the list goes on. To the point I have a little laugh to myself. With the final meditation thought for the day being, 'I embrace my infinite possibilities'. I ...am reminded that I have the power to manifest all that I desire in my life right now. Often when we see these number sequences, it is a really great time to take note of our thoughts and what it is, we are putting our energy into. Have you been seeing numbers lately? 16.01.2022 I am in immense gratitude for the facilitator's who held space over the weekend, as I attended Sistahood Rising. Also, to my Soul Sista Jenny, it wouldn't have been the same without you. 14.01.2022 Recently we started giving our children pocket money based on the Barefoot Investor principles. This week we went shopping with their donation money. Over the past 4 months, they saved $29 combined. This was matched by my husband and I, Baba, Nanny and Poppy. Today we delivered their donations to the CREW in Rockingham, who will be delivering Christmas hampers to homeless and disadvantaged families. ... 14.01.2022 This is me on Saturday after attending another Soul Flight Ceremony with Tim Morrison and Sammi Jane. So, so, grateful for all the releasing that took place and continued to over the next day. Once again, so much journaling throughout the whole ceremony. However, this time, I'm actually going to share the downloads I had. The first little nugget was that I set my intention for the ceremony to be based around CONNECTION. I wasn't sure with what exactly, until we got starte...d. Then BAM! Re-CONNECTION with my VISION, that I've shared with a few people and am now about to share with many. My vision of buying, owning, and building our future in Dunsborough. For the past 3 years now, I've been receiving little downloads of my future Intuitive Healing Practise on the future block we will buy. I have a folder full of sketches and notes. Dated as the downloads come in. Initial design of my healing studio and then of our future house. Along with who I desire to work with, services I wish to offer and how the landscape will look. So this post is about really putting it out there to the universe. I am ready for this next chapter to naturally progress. Eek! Now you all know where I will be living in the future. 11.01.2022 A little over a month ago, I went away for the weekend with my beautiful soul sister Jenny. We attended the Sistahood Rising Festival at Fairbridge Village. A weekend of spiritual workshops and connections. This year seemed to have the theme of Ancestral Energy. ... The weekend was intense and we noticed something interesting with the weather. Friday was roasting hot. Firing up our inner energy. Saturday cooled a little, as the winds came in. The winds bringing the energy of change. Sunday it rained all day. Washing away all the energy we released and allowing the new to settle. And the days to come allowed us to ground and take it all in. All week I've been wanting to prepare my Christmas message and I haven't done it. After news of another death in the family today, I wanted to take this time to say ... 08.01.2022 For those of you who have had Reiki with me, you know I have a variety of oracle cards I use during sessions. Generally speaking, my children's set is reserved for children. However, if I am guided to use it for adults I will. And if I am guided to do inner child work, I will trust the process. If you have been recommended to me by a friend, I want you to trust that your experience will be exactly what you need at that time. 08.01.2022 I was at lunch today talking to someone who was recently Reiki trained and another person who did their training some time ago. The conversation was around their Reiki energy, their white light not feeling like it was as strong or strong enough. This got me thinking of the analogy of riding a bike. Once we learn how to ride a bike we have that skill with us. Once you are Reiki trained you have that with you. However, the more you ride a bike, the better you become. The stro...nger you are, the further you can ride. The more tricks you can do. As with Reiki, the more you practice it, the quicker you able to tune into the energy. Be aware of what the messages mean to you. The easier you can feel the energy. With more practise, the skill develops. With love, light and practise. Renae

05.01.2022 TRUST During the Sistahood Rising weekend, I booked an energetic massage with Marcia from Wild Lotus Spirit Healing. I've had a few with her and they've all been amazing. This one was no exception. However, when I caught up with Jenny afterwards to tell her about it, the first thing I said was 'Man she did some weird shit this time. '... Anyway, she recommended that I was ready to do the Give Back, Take Back Retreat by One Tribe Healing . Fastforward to Wednesday, I was added to the mailing list and at that exact same time, they had a cancellation for that retreat being run a week and a half later in Perth. 02.01.2022 LAUGHTER, it's good for the body and soul. Laughter lowers the blood pressure, reduces pain, relaxes our muscles, and burns calories. Laughter enhances our mental health by improving our mood, relieves feelings of anger and frustration, and helps reduces tension. Laughter also increases our energy, inspires hope, and adds joy to our life. Friday night, I enjoyed dinner with 3 beautiful ladies from my high school days. For just over 3 hours we laughed and laughed. I wen...t home feeling so refreshed. And even with the traumas and life changes that had taken place over the last year, for that period of time we had the most beautiful release. When was the last time you had a real good laugh? 01.01.2022 Back to my weekend away at Sistahood Rising. Often when I go away, I like to disconnect from social media, emails, texts and phone calls. This weekend was no different. ... However, by the second day, I was having a real urge to disconnect from social media for a much longer amount of time. Fast forward to today and I've been on Facebook scrolling 3 times since the end of October. (Now in December) I've sold a few things on marketplace, use messenger to contact people and have just started posting on my business page again. It feels like I have a whole lot more time in my life. I've picked up the books on my bedside table. And my head isn't filled with stuff I really don't need. Yes, I feel like I'm missing event info however, right now I'm trusting that it is info that I just don't need. With love, light and social media detox. Renae

01.01.2022 Every so often, I have a break from the social media world. It's usually when I'm going through a big energetic shift. I honour myself by removing some of the things that do not serve me during this time. Last weekend I assisted a Reiki 1 training and also had my uncle's funeral on Thursday. The week overall was full of huge shifts for me. I removed myself from social media, from socializing with others and even from the list of duties I have being a wife and mother. I ...took the week to be kind to myself and allow the shift to happen. This week I'm back and ready to see what life has to bring. With love, light and honour.
