25.01.2022 It was great to see so many enthusiastic Year 9 Students at the Property Council Victoria Girls In Property event yesterday. The Girls in Property program raises awareness amongst high school students about the raft of career paths the property industry offers and encourages greater female participation in the property industry. We are still unsure whether our Masterplan sketch will get council approval, however it was fun hearing all of the grand proposals put forward. 25.01.2022 The Renascent QLD team are pleased to announce the completion of our Global Financial Institution project in 300 Queen Street, Brisbane. Renascent were appointed to undertake the staged stripout and fitout of the existing tenancy which remained in occupation throughout the works. 24.01.2022 The Orange Aboriginal Medical Service Wellbeing Centre is nearing completion. Currently, the Darwin Stringybark cladding is being fitted to the exterior of the building. Over time the timber will age to a soft grey tone, allowing the building to further compliment the surrounding farmland. The building will be used as part of a preventative health program and will be connected to the community garden. We cant wait to see the end-result and handover the facility to the Orange Aboriginal Medical Service as well as the community. #community #health #wellbeing #underconstruction

Located on the 18th floor, the works consisted of demolishing two existing hotel suites and steel structures on the open deck. 14.01.2022 Our NSW Team are proud to announce that we have reached Practical Completion for Stage 01 at 320 Pitt St, Sydney. The project was undertaken whilst successfully maintaining operations of 30 levels of the fully occupied office tower (3000 + people) as well as managing the interface and interaction with the public domain, pedestrians and residential neighbours along Pitt St and Castlereagh St. A project of this nature requires company-wide input. This project started from our W...A team leaving the client with a positive Renascent experience; leading to the tender opportunity, then to the BDM, Bid and Estimating teams and Management teams. We cant forget our ever patient accounts team who kept the project momentum and cash flow with our loyal trades and suppliers. This completion milestone marks the end of a 10 month period of constant effort from the project team. The complex logistics, materials handling, staging and sequencing of works, regular monitoring, reevaluating, attention to detail, stakeholder management, professionalism and communication has ultimately led to the successful delivery of the project.
