25.01.2022 The New state-of-the-art TAFE NSW Scone Connected Learning Centre (CLC) opened last week. Congratulations to our Renascent Regional Team (Karen, Lucy, Charlie, ...Colin, Neil & Nigel) for all their hard work. The photos speak for themselves. Upper Hunter MP Michael Johnsen joined Minister for Skills and Tertiary Education Geoff Lee to officially open the multi-million dollar facility on Main Street, Scone alongside representatives from TAFE NSW, Upper Hunter Shire Council and the local community. "What an amazing effort you all pulled off to get the CLC at Scone sparkling and working for the opening yesterday. Thank you sooo much for the extra effort it took and the regular updates. I was able to keep the Ministers office updated and they were VERY happy. Once again a wonderful example of teamwork and commitment. Well done !!!" - (TAFE NSW) The Scone CLC will offer a range of new courses, such as the Certificate IV in Ageing Support, a Statement in Barista Coffee Preparation and the Diploma of Conservation and Land Management. 24.01.2022 In light of celebrating the return of sport, Renascent are excited to announce that we have secured the Glen Willow Regional Sporting Complex Upgrade works in Mudgee and will be kicking-off construction at the end of this month. This project will include the construction of new clubhouse facilities, including change rooms, function areas and a commercial kitchen for the Mid-Western Regional Council. 17.01.2022 Once a family home, the front of the Byng Street Boutique Hotel is the original homestead Yallungah, built c.1896 by Architect, William Lamrock and is considered a significant piece of Oranges historical architecture. Yallungah has now been restored to highlight its heritage features, including the slate roof, internal and external timber joinery and characteristic buff brickwork, which are recognised as significant in defining the neighbourhood character. 17.01.2022 The ASICS Project Our Renascent NSW Team recently completed this Marsden Park Project involving the fitout of a 2 level office/commercial space alongside the ...fitout of a large retail outlet store. The building was constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions with Renascent undertaking the fitout of the 2-floor office and retail area. Renascent worked alongside Richard Crooks Construction for the first 7 weeks of the project in order to streamline the fit-out programme to align with ASICS key dates. 16.01.2022 Renascent Regional are pleased to announce our newest project - The Orchard Domestic and Family Violence Refuge located on the corner of Escort Way & Northern Distributor Roads, Orange. We are grateful for the opportunity to be partnering up with Housing Plus on this community project. The project will involve construction of a mixed-use development comprising of a main building accommodating office, counselling areas, staff amenities, staff sleeping quarters, emergency sleepover accommodation, common areas and shared kitchen/bathroom/laundry facilities. 16.01.2022 The Orange Aboriginal Medical Service Wellbeing Centre is nearing completion. Currently, the Darwin Stringybark cladding is being fitted to the exterior of the building. Over time the timber will age to a soft grey tone, allowing the building to further compliment the surrounding farmland. The building will be used as part of a preventative health program and will be connected to the community garden. We cant wait to see the end-result and handover the facility to the Orange Aboriginal Medical Service as well as the community. #community #health #wellbeing #underconstruction

12.01.2022 It was great to see so many enthusiastic Year 9 Students at the Property Council Victoria Girls In Property event yesterday. The Girls in Property program raise...s awareness amongst high school students about the raft of career paths the property industry offers and encourages greater female participation in the property industry. We are still unsure whether our Masterplan sketch will get council approval, however it was fun hearing all of the grand proposals put forward. 12.01.2022 First look of the new and improved Bathurst Regional Council Childrens Services facility! This morning some families got to see first-hand the newly refurbish...ed building that will house Bathurst Regional Council Childrens Services. The previous building known as Scallywags Child Care Centre, underwent a restructure which has enabled all of Councils childcare services to come together. The facility will provide long day care inclusive of a preschool program and family day care. The facility will be officially open to children later this month. This project has been funded by Council with the support of the State Government through the Stronger Country Communities Fund.

06.01.2022 As with most parts of Orange over the weekend we saw some lovely snow falling over one of our sites creating a mini winter wonderland. The building blends effortlessly into the surrounding environment and will provide exercise and activity sessions to chronically ill clients, preventative health programs and assistance in return to work programs for OAMS corporate partners. By engaging positively with Indigenous communities, we will build awareness and understanding within our workforce of the Indigenous culture and challenges in the regions we work. This approach aims to facilitate viable employment, career development and business opportunities in an environment that is supportive and inclusive for Indigenous people.
