So yep Im still here sorry Ive been completely MIA Its been a really tough time as for a lot of us but I can tell you the anxiety got the better of me and I completely shut down from social media for couple weeks Ive found it hard going from 100-0 instantly with all... It was a must..after 10 years with the same design Renate Elise Designer Cakes needed a fresh new look Ive been creating cakes for 11 years as of this year First 5 years on and off after hours as I was a chef, took the plunge at the end of 2014 to go solo..was hard but as of 2015 havnt looked back!! ... 16.01.2022 Good afternoon cake lovers, sorry i would have been straight onto enquiries this morning first thing but just popped my car into get signage which is very exciting, then to my disgust had to bite the bullet and race around to try find nappies/ baby wipes..to be honest Im pretty appalled at the behaviour of everyone i went to 6 different shops finally at coles lilydale got nappies but out of the 6 no baby wipes....bulk buying needs to stop and be fair to all its really getti...ng out of control. secondly with all this craziness about i am still working as per normal this is my full time job and i rely on it as my income. please keep supporting small businesses!!! i can assure you that here in my home where i work is 100% cleaned, sanitised, glen 20, and most of all registered/ council approved kitchen. the health of suppliers, myself and importantly customers is my number 1 priority. so in saying this if you have booked in with me with a secured deposit and have any concerns about your event please get in contact. i will make you my priority and accommodate your situation the best that i can. please still enquire. this will pass hopefully sooner rather then later!!! 07.01.2022 Hi cake lovers Happy thrursday So completely off topic to cakes haha but Id love to introduce you all to my new little business venture... Grn house interiors has been created by my sister Ingrid and myself to endulge our new love and passion for indoor plants, succulents, cactus, pots and accessories Of course I will most definatly still be making cakes!! Cakes will always be my first priority but as covid had almost taken over my business good from 100% to 0% in a day, now again with restrictions and left life to more of a depressing side as a lot of people where/ still are in the same boat..Indoor plants and pretty pots started to fill a hole, then passion and found a lot of fun researching turning it into a new venture Head on over for our first competition if your interested, and theres plenty more to come!! Firstly omg sorry I have been soo MIA (missing in action) for all those who are following Can I tell you December is a blur...Christmas what was that hahah ... Happy new year to all..holy crap 2020!! No we had a wonderful Christmas, little Dante of course got super spoilt and so much food was involved haha I was working right through Christmas and New Years so nice break for me as we are planning a mini get away and holiday in middle of the year April 5th-13th mini break Early July holiday (dates will be confirmed) Im working through enquiries right now..but thanks again for everyones patients during this busy time Weddings are back to back atm plus taking on some extra work to help out a friend so its non stop this week and next Please remember we are only human so if I dont get back to you within the week or 2 I have got your enquiry and will try my hardest to respond when I can Plus Dante is teething so thats another issue on my hands to (he only wants his mummy ) Couple little things from me Tasting boxes are back in feb so if youd like to order please pm me And Big REMINDER to take into consideration please and a new rule If you have not paid a deposit your cake is not locked in!! Your deposit is to secure your date I do not case up after you if I havent heard or seen a deposit been made The only chasing is final payment (if I have to!!)
