10.01.2022 Dear customers, we understand that there are a few returns of our Satay chicken dish today due to the pink tint in the meat. We would like to clarify that we do make sure we cook our chicken in temperature up to 165 to 170 and make sure it's cooked through. It is the thigh cut of the chicken that is showing a darker pink colour after cooking. Please rest assured that it is safe to eat. However, we are offering refunds for customers who returned their meal due to this. We will consider using chicken breast cut from now on even though it is not as tender.
