20.01.2022 You can uplevel so much because you have each other, and it makes the world of difference to have a partner in the same space. YES! This is so true. We realised this is one of the reasons we have come so far. What do you think we discuss alot?... Working on ourselves. Because we live and breathe it. Does that level us up vibrationally even more? YOU BET YOU it does. However.... can you only level up like we have by having your significant other do the same. NOOOOOOO! You can do it being in any situation! It's all ABOUT WHO, you surround yourself with.. Are they high vibing people? Do their values align with yours? If you are overweight and wanting to release a few pounds and you spend time with people who eat alot and are not improving their health What do you think happens? You revert back to those ways ? Most likely. What if people around you winge all the time about how hard life is, yet your working on your mindset. It may bring you back down pretty darn quickly. Proverb. if you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas. Spending time with undesirable people will cause one to take on their undesirable traits. End of.

12.01.2022 On Tuesday 5th March 2019 was a massive turning point in my life,it was the last day I have had suicidal ideation. YES, 6 Months ago. I was on the floor o...f our bedroom uncontrollably crying my eyes out because I could not shift the feeling of not being good enough for my kids, husband or even myself. Dan chose to come home from work because I was in such a state he was concerned for my safety. This wasn’t the first time though, this was one of many many times I had felt like this. I had thoughts of : I don’t deserve to be here I am damaged goods because of being sexually abused as a child. My family and friends don’t love me, they pity me and feel sorry for me. I'm not pretty enough, or friendly enough or smart enough. I would often act out because all I really wanted was to be loved, seen and heard. This was the last day I would ever feel this way. YES, that is a huge statement to make, considering I have spent 24 years prior to feeling unworthy and never enough. Do you know why and how I know this? I did the inner work to heal myself. I found myself and who I truly am and the love I have to give and receive. Enough was enough and I would do anything it took to change, I hired a coach who helped me enormously with my negative emotions, removed limiting beliefs and also made me really face all of my SHIT head-on. Was it scary? BLOODY OATH it was but It was a must for me because I was done living like I had been for years upon years and the pain got intense enough for me to take massive action. My kids were NOT going to repeat the cycle. They were going to learn differently. Fast Forward 6 months and as of today I am happier than I have ever been, I dance, I enjoy every moment of the divinity, abundance, and gratitude every day. The beautiful souls I surround myself with now, uplift me and we support each other, with love. I am here for my kids and get to do school drop off and pick up because I chose ME. As of yesterday, I have impacted over 100 people directly, that was my 12-month goal working for myself and I have closed $58,000 in sales. I am really proud of this as I worked really hard to get to where I am. I have 2 speaking events coming up in the next few months because I want to have more of an impact so that others don't have to live with BULLSHIT I lived with for so long. Life can truly be incredible, when you CHOOSE YOU

12.01.2022 Today was hard. Really hard. I cried most of the day.... I realised, I have never felt safe or secure. I didn't know how. So I have kept pushing, pushing , pushing. I didn't let Dan to influence this, as that was not what I knew. I felt like I was on my own from a really young age. ( This is meaning, I took on.) ALL my own perception. When my Mum sold her house, that was it. I didn't have a "safe" zone to fall back on. Tbh, I very rarely stayed long even when I did go back. I've not ever had anyone to ask for money when I stuffed up. It's all been me. But I didn't know how to trust me, fully. I had proven over and over again, that I could fail. OH Shit. So today, I have felt all of this. No wonder I always felt so alone. I didn't know how to let anyone in Even myself. To the little Renee, the teen Renee, the adult Renee, the wife Renee, the Mum Renee and the Coach and mentor Renee... You are safe and you are secure. YOU are IT! Now, I can step into the next level me.

I am so freaking pumped that two teenage girls have said yes to them and are changing the way they love themselves One is 13 and one is 15! The response was overwhelming with love!... If you are 20 or 30 or 40 and not choosing you, how come these teenagers are and you are NOT ? *** TRIGGGGER *** Dig deep and ask those questions.
