04.03.2022 If you are struggling with anything in life & looking for inspiration Adam is an absolute tower of strength, he was always into fitness and living life to the fullest but when he was 18 he went to the doctor for a sore throat which led to his diagnoses of AML, Acute myeloid Leukemia. He lived in Brisbane for over a year as he went through chemo; he also had a bone marrow transplant. When he was in remission he found that fitness saved him and brought him back to earth, in d...oing so Harfordhealthnfitness was born, he found guiding people with their own fitness was the best way he knew how to help people and make a difference in their lives.
