25.01.2022 I love giving back to my community, so when one of my long term clients put the call out for sponsorship for their netball club, I immediately got in touch with them. As a massage therapist I’ve had a long history of working with netball teams so this only seemed very fitting. Thank you so much to every client who has booked an appointment and stuck with me through the curveballs we have endured this year. While the end of 2020 is fast approaching take time to reflect on the year and do me a favour, Focus on the positives no matter how small they maybe.... We tend to put a lot of energy into the negatives and 2020 may have had more of than normal. My family has had our fair share too but a couple of my positives are; meeting so many fabulous clients continued business growth buying our new house watching my kids grow, especially their resilience and ability to adapt to big changes overnight. 13.01.2022 Together we raised $200 for Movember. How you ask? Well I donated $5 from every massage I did in November. My husband has continued to grow his moustache but it doesn’t get seen much as he often has to wear a mask for his work too. Unfortunately my aim to run 60km during Movember hasn’t gone to plan and I’m currently 32km short but I want to get that down to 20km by the end of the weekend.... 12.01.2022 Life for the last 6 months has been a roller coaster of situations & emotions for most people. I personally have had my fair share of extreme lows & some pretty good high moments too. How we look after ourselves during these times is important, like good food and exercise. BUT its ok if you get stuck at the bottom of your roller coaster for a day or two as long as you keep working towards getting moving again. If your stuck at the bottom and have tried just about everything ...else then consider booking in for a massage, you might be surprised how well it can get you going again.
