I loved having Brooke in for this session, we worked on some light glutes, body weight exercises and focused on stretching and recovery.

After going away for 4 days away with some of my friends to relax and enjoy some downtime I feel happier than ever, motivated and like I am ready for whatever this world can throw at me! I can't stress enough how much people need this occasionally and especially after the stressful times we have all been living through recently! ... I challenge you to take an hour each day to do something YOU want to do! That can be anything, a walk along the beach, watch an episode of your favourite netflix series, get coffee with a friend. Do something for you each and every day and never feel guilty about it!

If someone told me when I was completing my personal training course 3 years ago that I would be introduced to some of my best friends though this career I would have told them they were crazy yet time and time again this has happened with my beautiful clients, & especially with this girl! 09.01.2022 The truth about my day Today as I sit in the office, where I am usually happy, full of energy and excited to be here I feel depleated, upset and over it!!! I was having a conversation with 2 girls that I trained earlier today and we were talking about how it is normal for things to become too much sometimes. It is completely normal to have good and bad days, to feel over whelmed and want to take a little break. ... Today I remind myself that I am human and that I have so many amazing people around me that would be here to support me if I was to ask them and so do you! Dont look at everyones posts on social media and assume that they dont also have bad days. Truth is people are only showing you the good sides!!
