24.01.2022 Happiest, friendliest, sweetest baby award goes too... COOPER! This little guy is SO adorable! He LOVED his cake and gave me nothing but giggles and smiles all the way through. We had so much fun during this session and I loved taking these pictures. He's little "mmm" with every bite of cake, was the absolute cutest! Cooper smashed his 1st birthday shoot... Literally!

23.01.2022 We all hope to find a career path we’re passionate about. I’ve watched so many people/business owners not know how to start or who are scared of failure. I know this because this was me starting out in the photography industry. I knew what I wanted to do and what I loved, I just did not know how to get there or where to begin. ... I knew starting my dream business would be hard, it would be challenging, tiring and full of highs and lows. But never in my wildest dreams did I think how truly rewarding it would be to see it FINALLY come to life. 3 years later, had I not taken the leap and just done it, I would have never known. I am now here and I still have such a long way to go and to reach so many more goals! But, I have learnt so much already and this is just the beginning and that is what makes it that much more exciting and is what motivates me everyday. Learn from your own mistakes, take criticism, stay positive and always be open minded! Anyone trying to turn their passions into a lifestyle & business. DO IT! 20.01.2022 Hey hey! My name is Renee and I thought it was time I introduced myself to you all. This image I share with you all is purely me - and this is the gal who is smiling behind the lens! I discovered my love of photography at a very young age, while always being that young girl who always had a camera in her hand. As time passed, my passion for photography continued, so I decided to start my very own photography venture. I have always been passionate and driven to capture th...ose beautiful and natural moments, full of emotion, love and laughter. 20.01.2022 Happy Friday! I’d thought I would pop in and say hello for all you newbies here. This business has grown and turned into something so special to me. Thanks for following along! I thought I'd share a few lil bits and pieces & some fun facts about myself so you know who I am and so we can get to know each other a bit better! I’ll share a few random things you may not know - or maybe you do! + I am Maltese & Egyptian.... + I am 5 foot. (As some may say, a little pocket rocket!) + It’s the little things in life that make me the happiest, like spending quality time with the people I love. + I’m obsessed with cozy blankets, my dressing gown and oversized jumpers. Give me all the warm fuzzy things. + My fav TV shows include Friends, The O.C, Wentworth, Nashville and Sons of Anarchy to name just a few. (Yes, I love me some Charlie Hunnam!) + Have an obsession with old school music and love belting out some vocal cords. Celine Dion is the QUEEN! + I am addicted to coffee frappes. + Lover of all sweet things, ice-cream is my weakness. + I love road trips. + I am a massive movie buff and love to just break out with random quotes or impersonate lines out of them. + I am always down for a GAMES NIGHT! 19.01.2022 My heart couldn't be happier or more full when I hear from my clients "You made it so fun and effortless! For lots of people taking photos and getting them done is an overwhelming process. If you are one of those people and you have said "I feel so awkward in front of the camera", I'm here to help you with a few tips! ... First - Plan your session ahead. Know where you're going and when, if you need any permits to shoot there, what is the best time of the day and year to shoot at the location you choose, etc. Having all these things organised and planned will definitely help you feel more relaxed during your actual session! Second - Wear outfits that you LOVE and FEEL confident in! When you feel comfortable, confident and beautiful in what you're wearing, believe it or not it shows in your photos! Last but not least - Hire the photographer whose work and style you like and whom you trust! This will make a HUGE difference. Trust is crucial and when you know your photographer can take good care of you during your session, fix your hair when needed, make sure you turned to the camera with your best side (right girls!?), then you know you can simply relax and enjoy the process. Then, you know that you will LOVE and be happy with your photos! P.S - A massive CONGRATULATIONS to this gorgeous gal on her recent and exciting news of getting ENGAGED!!! 13.01.2022 I love and am so passionate about my business, but it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows getting to the present. I jumped in head first, with little experience in the industry. Or should I say, industries. Because when you’re the sole operator, the many hats you wear are endless. I wanted to be a photographer and take beautiful images for my clients. But aside from needing to master the technical aspect of my camera, I also needed to master my editing, marketing, branding etc.... I needed to learn and still am learning every day. The struggles, the failures, the accomplishments and successes. Our lives are what we make of them - and nothing is EVER perfect. Some important lessons I’ve learnt. You need to invest in yourself and business before you expect others to. You will hear so many no’s before hearing that one yes. You will make so many mistakes and question your value before you find that inner confidence. And most importantly, you won’t grow if you never leave your comfort zone. 09.01.2022 And just like that.. It's 2021. Here we are, in a New Year! A huge thank you to all of the clients that worked with me in 2020. Thank you for trusting me to capture your vision and all of your precious moments. It definitely was an absolute roller coaster of a year. But, I’m extremely thankful for all of the experiences and lessons it taught me. It taught me to slow down and recharge when needed. It taught me to surround myself with people who make me smile and to be thankfu...l for all of the simple things in life. Thank you to each and every single one of you, for supporting my business not just over the last few years but through one of the toughest years we could ever have possibly imagined! I wasn't posting or shooting as much during those uncertain times and it means more than you know to see that you're all still here with me. Thank you all so much for your unconditional support. 05.01.2022 WOOHOO! HOORAY MELBOURNE, it’s official! I am back in action! With the restrictions FINALLY being lifted, I am sure most of you have already heard but OUTDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY IS BACK! I will very carefully be returning back to work! I am soo excited and can’t wait to pick up my camera again to start shooting and to get back to doing what I love! If you’ve been waiting to book in a shoot, session etc.. now is the time. Please send me a message and we can book it in! To all ...clients who were supposed to have been booked in with me already prior to lockdown, I will first be in contact with you to reschedule your sessions over the next coming days. I will then schedule in all other waitlist clients after that, so please be patient and be sure to keep an eye out in your inbox for my message. 04.01.2022 Happy Wednesday! Just an update, regarding photo sessions - as we are finally back in action! I am working through my emails and trying my best to fit in all previous booked in sessions. Please hold tight, as it has been a little crazy around here this week. I truly appreciate all of your patience.... At this stage, I have limited availability in November to early Dec. But before we know it, 2021 will be here and I’ll have plenty of time to book you all in for a fun summery session. Can’t wait to get back to it and to create some magical moments!

Even if it’s just to the lounge room to spend time with family, the kitchen for a snack, backyard for some sunshine (even though Melbourne is unfortunately not providing us with that sunshine today). At least you’re going somewhere and/or doing something. Although, we all do wish it was to a restaurant or bar for some espresso martinis! Am I right, or am I right?
