20.01.2022 I packed lots of toys with smaller parts away during covid (as it was easier to keep track of of things for hygiene purposes) but today we have brought the train set out again and for these guys its like Christmas!

10.01.2022 According to Miss 4 this monkey doesnt feel well. She has a sniffle. Perfect opportunity to talk about what do we do when we have a sniffle and dont feel well? And what can we do this help monkey feel better? Does she need a rest in bed and perhaps stay home? Perfect time to teach care and empathy. Learning through Play is the best!

03.01.2022 It's Friday! Box building, and the best part is of course knocking them down. Nature visited us today! Blue tongue lizard which the children were curious about. Some braver to get closer than I! Miss 4 wanted to know is it a boy or girl? We learnt that boy blue tongue lizards have a more triangle shaped head than females as well as orange or brighter coloured eyes. :)

03.01.2022 Some water colour painting and today we wet the paper first before adding colour. Exciting to see how the paint sits on the page before dispersing in the water. :)
