22.01.2022 So now we welcome 2020! No New Years Resolutions for us just some great practical advise that we can all benefit from.. Thanks Stephen & Robert - Marketplace SuperHeroes cause I had NOTHING! As we head into a new year, you might be feeling the need for a change, or wanting to drastically improve some part of your life. But instead of writing out a bunch of new year’s resolutions, I’ve found that a great way to go into a brand spanking new year is to have a focus word..... A word (or couple of words) that encapsulates what you need more of, what you want to focus on, or what you need to improve on. Take 2019 for example I noticed 4 key things that almost all successful people were doing to achieve the level of success they had - and if you adopt and implement any of these 4 focus words, you’ll be setting yourself up for long-term success. Do all 4 (or even one of these!) and you’re almost guaranteed to make 2020 an EPIC year. The 4 keys are: #1 Sacrifice Pretty much all successful people you see have made some level of sacrifice for that success. There’s simply no other way around it. #2 Smarter (Not Harder) A lot of people think that ‘hustle’ is the best route to success. That you have to put in ultra-long hours each day to get what you want. But that’s not true (and that’s definitely not the way the pros work!) Working long hours is actually LESS effective as it puts strain on your body and can lead to burnout. Rest and recovery are both keys to your success (remember success in this game is a marathon, not a sprint.) #3 Consistent The best players in this game keep it so simple. They keep it simple so they can stay consistent. They’re not looking for the ‘new tactic’ of the week. They know their talent and they become consistent in training their habits. In other words, they show up and focus on the basics - every single day. #4 Risk Diverse This is one of my favourites! When it comes to investing, risk diversity is the #1 key to a solid portfolio. Without the investing jargon, that translates to not putting all your eggs in one basket!

New buyers need to love their new home from the front, spend time bringing the gardens back to life, watering the grass, touching up the paint, pressure cleaning driveways and surrounds and finish with some lovely styling! This is one of our favourite parts when renewing a property - you only get one chance to woo those buyers when they drive by, so make it good.....

06.01.2022 TIP 5 - Gardens.... Don't underestimate the importance of a beautifully maintained outdoor area. An overgrown jungle will have buyers running a mile! Work on creating an inviting area buyers will be proud of.

Mostly people fall in love with one part of the home and that is enough to get them over the line! Knowing what you home has to offer and highlighting those features will attract the right buyer for you.
