02.01.2022 It's not something that I do often, today is different! I was contacted by a mum who desperately needed help. Her 18 month old was on melatonin to help him sleep. He was waking still many, many times a night and this was purely exhausting for all. We talked and I gave some direction as to what she could do. 1 week later and this is my sms .. "Hi Rebecca Just wanted to let you know how fabulous you are we are back to normal with (name) now even his naps are in his bed no more... driving around for an hour everyday. Thank you so so much I have passed your details to a friend that has a cousin that requires your services and will promote you to anyone that needs sleep therapy, thanks again we really appreciate it." This family was in contact with GP, Paed and been recommended to seek help from a psychologist. This success is THEIRS!! But I am so happy to know they are out of this place of difficulty. (This lady was very happy to post however she is not on Facebook).
