Because of the nature of the transition, you will feel yourself ebb and flow into moments of HIGHER vibrational experience, and the sensation of losing it again. So we take this opportunity to remind you of concepts that may seem elementary, but they are only elementary in terms of the perspective of learning. They are not elementary in the perspective of integration. For you are learning to Master the posture of inner peace that is your birthright in the essence of your SOUL. And so, we say to you, in the fields of energy of the Earth, it can be very challenging at times, to re-harmonize your experience. And the tools that we present are simply to help you remember, be aware, and recalibrate your experiences. The purpose of this is simply to allow yourself to experience the Truth of your own internal essence. For you see, in this natural state of BEing, you remember who you are. As a SOUL, you are unencumbered by the worries of the world. It is BEcoming increasingly transparent that there is a choice point emerging on the planet. Even the most evolved among you will still encounter their own challenges with these teachings, although they are simple, they are profound. To the 3D mind, this may seem limited as an approach, for you are used to solving your problems at the same level of reality at which they occur, and your struggle with the Energy seems real. But we invite you to learn to operate in the New Space BEcoming available through the evolution of your own Spiritual Awakening. 08.01.2022 Electricity is everywhere, even in the human body. Our cells are specialized to conduct electrical currents. Electricity is required for the nervous system to s...end signals throughout the body and to the brain, making it possible for us to move, think and feel. The average human, at rest, produces around 100 watts of power. This equates to around 2000 kcal of food energy, which is why your recommended daily intake of calories is around 2000 kcalis equal to 4200 joules of energy. Used over the course of a day (86,400 seconds), this person uses an average of 97.2 joules a second. The inside the cells when positively charged, triggers electrical currents that can turn into electrical pulses, called action potentials. Our bodies use certain patterns of action potentials to initiate the correct movements, thoughts and behaviours. Our cells are designed to conduct electrical currents. The elements in our bodies, like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, have a specific electrical charge. Almost all of our cells can use these charged elements, called ions, to generate electricity. The nervous system sends ‘signals’ to the brain, or synapses ‘firing,’ this is flow of electricity between different points this is how neurotransmitters release chemicals into the body. From your thoughts, actions and behaviours. Our brain consists of neurons, which are nothing but electrically charged cells that transmit messages through electrical and chemical signals. Your brain contains about 100 billion microscopic cells called neuronsso many it would take you over 3,000 years to count them all. The human gut is lined with more than 100 million nerve cellsit's practically a brain unto itself. Enteroendocrine cells, which stud the lining of the gut and produce hormones that spur digestion and suppress hunger, had footlike protrusions that resemble the synapses neurons use to communicate with each other. The human body has a healing mechanism that uses electric currents to heal wounds. The butterflies feeling we experience in the body's fight-or-flight response for survival, is from stomach muscles and neurons. Neurons along the brain-gut axis let the stomach know when we're feel afraid or threatened about something. In the heart, there are cells specialized in producing electricity, which are known as pacemaker cells. The normal trigger for the heart to contract arises from the heart’s natural pacemaker, the Sinoatrial node (SA node) which sends out regular electrical impulses where the atria is activated. Everything in our body is all connected. A disruption in this electric energy can cause illness. This is why we need to understand that our thoughts are just vital to our health as our diet and lifestyle.
