Getting rid of the old rotten deck and laying out a stunning pre-oiled silver top ash in 140mm, some large stairs down open up the space between outdoor living and garden. 10.01.2022 Another small project complete this week. We made a set of stairs safe again after water was pooling and the concrete had sunk so we re-leveled the concrete, gave them a paint and added some safe non slip edging. Client Karen Cochrane was very impressed

03.01.2022 It’s been another great job down in Millgrove. We brought new life to and an old, well used front porch. She was extremely rotten, and dangerous so the whole subfloor had to be re-constructed. We laid beautiful new pre-oiled silver top ash decking thanks too @wrtimbers We also widened the front strairs for a very inviting look. Thanks to @renkemamichel for his fabricated metal gates/ shelves and assistance with the new stairs. We added new dimmable down lights inside and LED floods lights for the driveway set up on sensors. Electrical by KAR electrics. @krisrenkema
