25.01.2022 Hi Guys can you all keep a look out please for a case similar to the one we have a Club Champ trophy in now, doesn't have to function obviously but a similar size would be good.

25.01.2022 Don’t forget nominations are closing Tuesday 17th for our final race meeting for 2020 A grade trophy night. Now Loxton is running Sunday why don’t you take the opportunity to have a lovely weekend in the Riverland weather is looking great. Online noms only please.

25.01.2022 Okay so after some changes and rejigging i think we are done: Ready for Saturday: HOUSEKEEPING/CLUB RULES: There will be trailers only allowed in the front pits this weekend (unless already organised): All cars and or cars and trailers (if you wish to still be hitched to car) are to be parked out the back. If you are parking out the back with your trailer hitched then please park car nose to fence direction NOT longways. (leave room for others remember social distancing). ...NO PARKING to be done parallel to ingrid (outside), this area is to be kept clear for water truck. The gate at the end of Ingrid will be locked so no cars/karts can enter or exit via this during the meeting, if you need to leave early please park out the back. KEEP THE WHITE TANK CLEAR of cars/trailers please, this is our water tank and Bob needs clear access at all times. Midgets and Rookies will not be lap scored we will be doing their draws on the night at Drivers Brief (1st Heat) and then on the grid for subsequent heats and features. Midgets and Rookies are NOT eligible for overall club champion trophies but will still receive a trophy for participation. The overall club champion is determined by the highest point scorer overall for the meeting so this could be ANY class (excluding Midgets & Rookies). Trophies will still be presented for all classes. Presentation will be held outside the clubrooms after the completion of race meeting and once points have been collated (please be patient) we only have 1 lap scorer available (unless you wish to put your hand up to help). If anyone is interested and has steward accreditation to help out on the night also would be great, even if it's only for a heat or two. Canteen will require assitance during the break, so again let me know if you are able to assist them. If anyone has two way radio's they could loan us for the night (a couple would be fantastic) please let me know. PITTING is only to be done from trailer in either the front or back pit area/s. Pit Bays are available for club members or sponsors ONLY if required again just let me know please as they are limited. ALSO remember please to treat everyone with respect and courtesy, no bullying or aggression will be tolerated, offenders will be asked to leave, and also face a holiday too. We are still running under COVID restrictions so remember social distancing please, hand sanitiser is provided in all areas. If you are or feel unwell on the day please stay home. If you need to advise that you are running late or not attending also please let us know ASAP. If you haven't already. Running Order will be: (please remember this takes awhile to sort so no negative comments please). 1-Midgets 2-Jnr Light 3-125 Light 4-Rookie 5-Jnr Heavy 6-KT Mediun 7-KT Twin 8-Statesman 9-Outlaws 10-125 Heavy 11-100/200s 12-KT Light 13-KT Heavy

08.01.2022 Good news we have surpassed our required minimum number of nominations for this Saturday 21st of November and our A grade trophy night. I will post a list on wednesday regarding final numbers: The weather is forecast for 31 degrees at present so should be a beautiful balmy night at the track. Please consider the new outbreak of Covid 19 in the northern areas Salisbury/Elizabeth if you have visited any of those places listed on the government covid website then you need to get tested and stay home if unwell or possible contact. We are hoping fingers crossed that nothing changes this weekend for racing but it shows as a reminder to keep vigilant when out and about. We will certainly keep people advised of any changes. Mean time don't panic.
