Whilst we need to do our Christmas party a little different this year due to COVID-19, we will still celebrate with Christmas crafts, carols, singing, dancing and a gift for all the children. 13.01.2022 Today we wish Liam the Lion a sweet heavenly 5th birthday Liam’s brave, wonderful parents contacted us only a few weeks after Liam grew his wings, 2 months ag...o. Amazingly they shared that they wished to hold a toy drive in their community in the Riverland for Liam’s up coming birthday. ( note, it took me 3 years to bundle myself together after Hunter passed to think of doing anything very much!) So yesterday was the day for Daniel and Teagan to drive over 2 hours to deliver the donated toys. Wow, so many huge boxes of toys were donated. What a community! Liam’s family received a care pack from HAS when they were first referred to Palliative care. The heart felt emotion and gratitude they shared yesterday, brought tears to my eyes and made me stop and realise, Wow, this is all working and really helping families know they are not alone, we get it and hopefully this small gesture of a care pack will make the journey slightly more gentle. We can not thank this beautiful family enough for organising a toy drive at a time they are so heart broken. These toys will go towards a huge Christmas toy delivery we are planning for palliative care families. Thank you again Wigg family and the Riverland community. You will help bing many smiles this Christmas #together #palliativecare #riverland #giving #charity #toys.

10.01.2022 We are SOOOO excited!! Join us this Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am for a mini disco to celebrate the end of term 2. We’re also making our own sensory bottles and Facepainting by Emma will be bringing her glow in the dark paints and lots of glitter!! Please bring a plate of food to share as we’ll have a shared morning tea from 1015am (No nuts please).... These sessions are free for members of Playgroup SA but don't worry, if you haven't paid your membership you can still come along for the usual fee. Look forward to seeing you all

06.01.2022 Hi all Renmark Mini Movers are a group of parents, grandparents and caregivers who meet regularly with our babies, toddlers and preschoolers for fun, friendship and learning through play. Like many community groups, Renmark Mini Movers is run by volunteers and we rely on a group of people to donate their time.... AGM-we need a committee A few things.... -all positions (president, treasurer and secretary) are needing to be filled - we are open twice a week BUT you don’t need to come every week, we can make a roster for openings etc - the committee meet once a term.
